RETAINER DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
A $25 deposit/ retainer fee is needed prior to booking non-bridal face services to lock in your date. Default booking is automated to my home-based station in East New York, Brooklyn unless travel is specifically requested and approved for availability (address is sent out 24 hours before appointment). All deposits/retainer fees are non refundable and non negotiable, and can be made upon booking my services online. This, along with all remainder payments, can be paid to me directly on day of appointment - through the site or otherwise: via PayPal/ cash app / Chase Quick pay/Cash app. However, remainder payments for makeup services can also be accepted in cash on day of appointment.

**Photoshoots - "Basic" & "Half Day" payment due in full by Friday before booking. For all other photoshoots, 50% deposit is due at booking confirmation and remaining balance due the Friday before your scheduled shoot date.

**A 40% deposit/ retainer fee & signed contract agreement is needed prior to booking Wedding/ Bridal services to lock in your date.

BOOKING FOR (NON-BRIDE) MAKEUP SERVICES ARE ONLY BY MONTHLY BASIS. I CURRENTLY DO NOT ACCEPT BOOKINGS FOR MORE THAN A MONTH OUT AT THIS TIME SO PLEASE BE AWARE OF CALENDAR.

BOOKING CONFLICTS & CANCELLATIONS

*If there is a booking conflict with my schedule on the requested date that is not relayed directly on the calendar, I will be contacting you via email directly to inform you and/ or reschedule/ cancel (refunding money if needed).*

*If you need to cancel your appointment because life happens, please contact me via email at Naturealizta.beauty@gmail.com as soon as possible so that your deposit can be credited to your next service date that should be booked within 6 months from previous scheduled appointment. This credit does not apply to same day cancellations, no shows or missing appointments due to excessive lateness.*

Appointments need to be scheduled 2 days in advance, so please be courteous and book in advance for proper preparation. To book last minute for a squeeze in slot, the price is different and the price will be slightly different. 

HOW TO BOOK

Please put your name, contact information and appointment date requested when inquiring about appointments. Be aware of the time YOU have available prior to booking, as rushing my services during the process is discouraged. Plan accordingly for the glow! If you have any color ideas, look ideas or skin concerns to include, be sure to note that in the "note/ comment" section when booking.

 

**For any outside collaborations or shoot booking inquiries, please email me with all the important details, including color scheme, look ideas, themes, time needed/date(s), face count, location, etc.**

PHOTOSHOOTS: After inquiry email sent, and date confirmed - payment must be sent in full by the Friday before your photoshoot.

BRIDAL MAKEUP / WEDDING PARTY MAKEUP (check out rates here!):

Brides must book a 30 min virtual Wedding Consultation with me to discuss all ideas and wedding goals and see if we are a good match.(consultations are open to other bridal party members to book also)

After a Wedding consultation, Brides can move forward with a Makeup Trial Preview to get a peek into your wedding day look to feel confident beforehand. (**optional but important service)

To officially book your wedding makeup and services on date requested, a retainer deposit of 40% and signed contract is due. Wedding Makeup price includes on site Makeup Application (travel to you). For far distances, travel rate may be prorated.

Balance remainder for service is due 28 days before wedding.

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

Due to COVID-19 still running wild, Please do not come or make appointment if your are sick, and/ or experiencing COVID-19. I will be wearing a face mask the whole service. 

A face mask will only need to be worn by the client during the duration of the brow and eye portion of makeup application to avoid germs as I am closer to your face. Face mask does NOT need to be worn for the remainder of face makeup application. Do NOT book if you have been exposed to COVID in the last 2 weeks.. I also ask during face makeup application, *to avoid germs in air spread between us two as we are in one another's personal space* please refrain from long phone conversations at this time and try to hold out until after service is rendered, to keep everything moving smoothly, timely and most of all - Safe. 
SOCIAL MEDIA POSTING
Disclaimer: I occasionally post my MUA work on my social media platforms: “Naturealizta.beauty” via Facebook and Instagram, as well as possibly on my website. Please know booking services with me, you are also agreeing to be possibly showcased how good you look on my platforms.

COURTESY RULES:

-Makeup bookings are booked in time intervals. Please plan your time before & after accordingly.If there is a time you need not listed, please dont hesitate to ask me beautiful ! 

-Wear your mask for eye makeup, sanitize hands upon entry.
-Please arrive with a makeup-FREE, Clean face. (please Exfoliate or use a Face Scrub 1-3 days prior to appt for smooth makeup application).
-Be sure to come with your brows freshly groomed as it is better to work with. If you would like brow services, please let me know for added on price.

-NO EXTRA GUESTS - limited space in Brooklyn location.


LATE FEES:

A mandatory $10+ late fee will be added if you are late 15 mins to your appointment (my discretion), 20 MINUTES OR MORE LATE $25 fee. If more than 20 minutes late and no contact, your appointment will be CANCELLED. Let’s be respectful of each others time, and any other clients who may have booked after.
(Pre-appointment prep requests will be sent directly to your email address the week of and night before your appointment date! The location for my home based station is sent out prior to your appointment date!)
LOCATION/ ADDRESS
Locations: *In person services are default assigned and held at my home space in East New York, Brooklyn, NY (I am currently homebased!

Travel Makeup services: For "TRAVEL TO YOU" - Please click "Other Location" during booking and put your address in the comment section so a travel fee can be adjusted properly to your total.)

Trains nearby: 3, L train. A/C trains a bit further. B20/B83 bus.

Address details will be disclosed via email reminder within 24 hours prior to appointment. Please leave your phone number in the note section upon booking for a complimentary text message reminder. Also specify if travel is needed in comments with address details (MANDATORY additional travel fee, fee depends on location), which can be found below and along with service details in service description. Please respect my home, as I will not tolerate ANYTHING less.)

 

TRAVEL TO YOUR LOCATION:

"Travel To You" an option for an extra fee added onto total that goes straight to travel expenses, time & kit setup. You have to click "other location" and write a note while booking with all your requested address info and requested makeup look details. Please be aware of your time & availability so that when I arrive to the location, I can quickly set up & we can get straight to the makeup application to stay on schedule. Please be ready and considerate of my time as well as future clients who may have booked after you. 

**MUST have a tabled space at on site travel location for me to work from, and preferably bright lighting at location.**

*Brooklyn travel - +$50-85 fee added to booking price

*Manhattan travel - +$60-75 fee added to booking price

*Bronx travel (limited locations so please inquire first) - +$100-130 fee added to booking price

*Jamaica Queens - $100 fee added to booking price

NO Staten Island/ other Queens area at this time-
BUSINESS HOURS

 10:30am - 6pm depending on the day. If an earlier or later time is needed outside of my noted schedule, please contact me via email to explore my availability and coordinate times for an additional small fee of $15. I do travel for a mandatory travel fee of $50-$130 that will be applied to service balance and is determined by location, distance and borough. No Staten Island travel services, and travel services are limited in Queens and Bronx depending on area.

 

*FOR TFP collaborations with other artists, I have a Makeup Kit takedown convenience fee of: $40
