Please read all information before proceeding with booking and inquiry.

A $15 deposit/ retainer fee is needed prior to booking certain services such as Festival / Carnival to lock in your date. All deposits are non refundable and non negotiable, and can be made upon booking my services online. This, along with all payments, can be paid to me directly through the site or otherwise: via PayPal/ cash app / Chase Quick pay. However, for payments for makeup services, I can also accept remainder in cash on day of appointment. *If there is a conflict in the requested date with my schedule that is not relayed directly on the calendar, I will be contacting you via email directly to inform you and/ or reschedule.*

*If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact me via email at Naturealizta.beauty@gmail.com as soon as possible so that your deposit can be credited to your next service date. This credit does not apply to same day cancellations, no shows or missing appointments due to excessive lateness.*

Unfortunately, I do not do same day appointments, unless there is availability, but please be courteous and book in advance for proper planning.

Courtesy rules:
-Makeup bookings are booked in two hour intervals. Please plan accordingly.
-Please have previous makeup removed prior to arrival. Clean face. Face Scrub 1-3 days prior to appt.
-Be sure to come with your brows freshly groomed as it is better to work with.
A $10+ late fee will be added if you are late 20 mins to your appointment (my discretion). If more than 20 minutes late and no contact, your appointment will be CANCELLED. Let’s be respectful of each others time, and any other clients.
(Additional prep requests will be sent directly to your email address the week of your appointment date)

Locations: *At my home in Brooklyn, NY and sometimes Harlem, NY (address details will be disclosed via email reminder within 48 hours prior to appointment. Please leave your phone number in the note section upon booking. Also specify if travel is needed.)

BUSINESS HOURS: 10:00am - 8pm. If an earlier time is needed, please contact me via email to coordinate earlier times for an additional small fee of $10. I also can travel, however, there is an extra fee of $10-$25
 that will be applied and determined by location and burrough.
